We start by completely disassembling each piece of furniture by removing all the old plastic parts and hardware. If needed, weld repairs are made. Then the old finish is removed down to bare metal using a chemical stripper tank and media blasting. Next, the powder coating primer and top coat is applied and baked on at 400 degrees. Once cured, we assemble the furniture with all new plastic parts, and stainless steel bolts.
